~ I told y'all last Friday that I was getting a haircut & highlights. Here are the results:

I got three inches cut off, long layers & long bangs.

~Tomorrow, Elayna is getting her hair done at the same place. She is getting her bangs trimmed and two or three pink highlights. They will wash out in a week or two. She is SO excited!

~ A Florida lawmaker has proposed Caylee's Law. This law would make it a felony for a parent or legal guardian to fail to report a missing child in a timely manner. I so hope this law is passed!

~ I sometimes have to pick John up from work late at night, and sometimes we stop at the convenience store. One night last week as we were leaving a convenience store, a man walked up to us with his teeth clenched as if his jaw were wired shut, and he proceeded to say, "Can't speak. Need a quarter for a sandwich." How the hell can you eat a sandwich if you can't open your mouth, and who sells sandwiches for a quarter? There was so much wrong with the whole scenario. We are still laughing about it.
