This weekend has sucked.
The weather was absolutely gorgeous, warm and sunny. My version of a perfect weekend.
And I have spent almost all of it in bed.
I think I have the flu....I'll probably go to the doctor tomorrow.
I haven't been this sick in years. I can't sleep lying down, and sleeping sitting up is not exactly restful or comfortable. Oh, and I can't talk. At all.
John will ask me a question, walk away while I'm whispering the answer, then yell "WHAT? I cant hear you." Duh.
We missed John's friend's wedding reception Saturday night, and our small church group meeting Sunday night (although we did make it to church Sunday morning).
I could tell you all the lovely details of my illness.....but I will spare you.
So there you have it. That's what's going on in the Dysfunction Junction this weekend.

Sounds to me like bronchitis or pneumonia. Let me know because I track those things....my predictions because I'm full of the crazy like that.

I hope that you get some relief soon. We just went through a couple of wicked flues and colds her in the last months and I almost ripped my head off just to relieve some of the pain.

Well, this is definitely not good! You poor thing...being sick is the PITS! Sure hope you make it to the doctor and he can provide you some relief. Take good care of yourself...saying a prayer for your speedy recovery!
We're doing the same around here. Allergies, hopefully. I feel like I'm knocking on death's door at times. It's up and down. And the kids are taking turns being sick too. Thank goodness I stay home and we homeschool. It would be so much harder to manage otherwise!
P.S. Here's something you can definitely label "TMI." I'm wearing menstrual pads because I'm coughing so hard that I keep peeing in my pants a little. The only time that is allowed is when I laugh unto the point of crying. This is completely unacceptable.

We had that crap. It was awful. Two weeks. It went through everyone in the house. We still have a lingering cough. Ugh! Hope you feel better soon!
