This Chick is ANNOYING!

I'm really getting annoyed by a certain female in my life.
First, she says she's coming to visit. Just a short stay, won't be a bother.
Then, she says she's not coming after all.
Then, she says she's coming today.
Then, she says she's coming tomorrow or Thursday, oh yeah and she may stay a while so I better stock up on supplies, the kids may have to miss school, and we may even have to miss work!
I mean, make up your mind, ya know? I'm really tired of her jerking us around like this.
Her name is Fay.
And it's starting to look like she's going to be a pain in the ass!

Here's her projected path:

She's making a beeline for us!

HA, I so totally thought you were talking about the monthly chicky too! I hate hurricanes...they just come when they please..it makes it so hard to plan around them...this is the only reason I am glad we don't live on the coast anymore.

Hang in there!

If you can depend upon anything, you can depend upon the undependability of a hurricane! If you don't prepare, you're screwed. If you do prepare, you feel used. It's a no win situation!

Have a great day!

I've been where you are, so I totally understand. I really love it when they just sit off of the coast for a few days and get bigger and bigger and then decide to come in.

Hang in there, and I hope she leaves soon.

We are keeping an eye on her up here too....my hubby is in insurance. After Katrina, I didn't see him for three months. But I didn't complain...well not much anyway. :)

I KNOW! What *is* this all about? I live in Cali so I am not directly affected by Fay, but the news seems to change on a minute by minute basis.

hi there.

i found your blog from over at Laskigals place. hope it is alright that i just stop by. i figured since you may or may not be expecting company it would be okay to come in and visit a while. lol

i hope your company "fay" doesn't come. and if she does visit it is a short stay and does NO damage. :)

I like your blog a lot. It is okay if I blog roll you??

thanks. Jenn

Dude, what is up with Fay!?!

She's been PMS-ing all over Florida.

I hate the sit-and-wait game with hurricanes. Hope she decides to change her mind again and head someplace else.

I was getting upset about your female visitor, imagining an annoying mothe-in-law or something...you crack me up! Love the jokes. Hope Fay doesn't hit you too hard.

Thanks for visiting me!
