A Trip Back in Time

My oldest son will turn seventeen this month. My oldest daughter starts high school this fall. My baby girl no longer believes in the Tooth Fairy or Santa. It's time for a trip back in time.

Elayna, 2 years old (now 9 years old)

Shelbie, 7 yrs old (now 14 yrs old) with Elayna, 2 yrs old

Tim, 1 year old (now almost 17 yrs old)
with my niece Heather, about 7 yrs old
(now 22 yrs old)

Elayna, about 4 yrs old with Heather, about 18 yrs old

( I don't have any baby pics of Andrew online =[ )

I like the Kermit quote... too true!

I know how ya feel. My baby is turning 17 this summer too, and my oldest? She's going to be 21. Arrrgghh!

I still can't believe how fast their childhoods pass. It's unreal. You're nearly at the college hunt stage!

:sniff: My new favorite quote re: motherhood - The days are long but the years are [oh so very] short. So very true!

I hope you are happy with the ages your kids are now too! I am always so sad when people with older kids seem so sad... I am a firm believer that there are pros and cons with each and every age. I have to believe that or it would just be too sad to watch my kids grow. Love the pictures!

I often wonder 'where the time goes' and then I realize I've been here the whole time, I just didn't see it happen until it was gone. You're children are beautiful as babies and look as happy as ever.

I am always amazed by the love that you have and all that you do each day for your family. You're an incredible woman Cyndy!!

It's so bittersweet, isn't it? The pictures are SO cute. It always makes me a little teary-eyed when I look at old pics of my kids too!

I love Kermit's quote!!

I am finding it scary that my oldest will soon be 3!!! So many days I want him to get just a little older and most times I just want to hold him here forever!!!

Did you ever get your chip and dip set???

My baby sister just turned 31. I can't believe it. That just blows my mind. When we had sibling week on FB I was really enjoying pulling out all of the old photos of us growing up. I just can't imagine having kids and watching them grow up. It's hard enough watching my nieces grow!
