Random Acts of Kindness

Today my husband reminded me yet again of one of the many reasons I love him.
We went to Andrew's doctor appointment and parked in the metered parking. While he was feeding our meter, he noticed that the time had expired on the meter of the car parked beside us.
So.....he fed their meter too! He said he didn't want them to get a ticket.
I love that he cares about total strangers. He is so genuinely kind.

So...how about you? Have you randomly acted kind lately, or received any kindness randomly? If so, pay it forward! And link up here.

That's so sweet! I don't know that I would've noticed. Not much metered parking here, though.

What a great thing to do! The best part, to me... the recipient will probably never know which makes it even kinder!

That's just what my hubby will do!

That really was a very nice thing to do. Karma works both ways. I think kindness will be returned too.

awww how sweet of a heart is he... to me, that is just one example of letting god work through you, and truly a random act of kindness. god bless his little cotton socks and loose change for meters!

I have done that!! =) I will go back to a store and ask to pay for something if they forgot to ring it up... sadly... they treat me like I am an idiot sometimes!! (making more work for them?) alas... I love that my kids see honesty in me! We did that with a Barnes and Noble book recently... the cashier was SO grateful! =) Makes you walk away smiling!

That is so sweet... I have to say so many of us are in such a hurry most would not take the time to notice.

Oh how sweet :)

I didn't tweet or blog about it, but when I was in baltimore, there was a homeless man sitting on the walkway by the hotel begging for money. I didn't feel right giving him cash, so I went into a nearby store and bought him a rink and some food instead.
