Sunday in My City

Unknown Mami

This actually covers the whole weekend in my City!

It all started on Saturday, with a soccer game for The Littles, Andrew & Elayna.

They won 8-0! The team is doing great this season.

After the soccer game, we took the kids to a pizza buffet for lunch & did some shopping.

It was our 6th Anniversary.
For the first time ever, we left all of the kids at home alone and went out, just the two of us! We went to dinner & a movie. We had some time to kill in between, so we hung out at the mall & hit the photobooth.

We saw Insidious, and OMG it was so scary! Very good movie.
The kids did great while we were gone, the house was still standing and everything!
Today we went to church & then to our town's Spring Festival.
Elayna got her face painted like a cat!

Andrew ate a smurf.
Kidding, he ate a blue raspberry slushee.

My niece was with us, so I got a rare shot of the whole fam-damily.

We had a good time, I love living in a small town because you see everyone you know at these little festivals. I also bought a jasmine plant, mmmm I love that stuff!

Elayna and I have matching shirts, so we had our picture taken by this jasmine plant.

And now we are home, out of the heat - it was in the 90's today!

Hope you all had a good weekend.

I haven't been in a photo booth at the mall in YEARS. Cute photo strip you took.

Looks like your small town agrees with you AND your family.

Happy 6th! That photo booth idea is just brilliant. I might just have to drag the hubby in there when we go out next. :)

It was so much fun ~ and our kids still love going back there to visit!! Sort of like a little slice of heaven to all of us!

Happy Anniversary!

Sounds like a busy but fun weekend. We finally hit 90 on Sunday but it's rainy and cold today. Yuck.

Sounds like a great weekend! Wish we could get a game of soccer in here - cold and rain keeps the cancellations coming.

Yay for a date. I love those.

I heard that was a scary movie. I think I'd jump through most of it.
